Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition:
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included, items must not have any damage and show no signs of wear and tear, cosmetic damage, changed visual appearance or show signs of prolonged use.
Conditions and Exclusions
Refunds:
Please note that refunds are not issued under this policy. Store credit will be provided for returns.
Restocking Fees:
A 10% restocking fee is applied to returns in original packaging. A 40% fee applies for returns without original packaging or missing accessories.
Return shipping:
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned in UN transport compliant packaging. Your original product packaging is UN transport compliant.
