At Ecowatt Energy, we're committed to offering you the best value on our products. If you find a lower price for one of our identical products from another Australian-based retailer, we promise to beat it by 5%.

Eligibility Criteria
Products:
This policy applies to all our products, except residential, commercial and wholesale orders or where exclusivity rights are in place.
Competitors:
The price match is valid against prices from Australian retailers and resellers who are authorised dealers of our products. It does not apply to private sales or prices listed on marketplaces like eBay and Facebook i.e. social media.
Price Verification:
Provide a current advertised price via a written quote or published online price, inclusive of all fees and charges. The price must be verifiable and in Australian dollars and current at the time of the price beat guarantee request.
How to Claim
At Time of Purchase:
Request a price match at the time of your purchase.
Post-Purchase:
If you find a lower price within 30 days after your purchase, you can reach out to us, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis. If we decide in your favour, you will be provided a store credit to the value of the 5% savings.

Conditions and Exclusions
Time Frame:
The competitor’s price must be current at the time of your purchase and available to purchase. Ecowatt reserve the right to refuse a price match if the competitors product is not in stock or available to ship immediately.
Exclusions:
Excludes liquidation sales, clearance items, special promotions, rebates, and free offers or any other terms listed in these terms and conditions.
One Item Per Purchase:
Price match guarantee is limited to one of each item per customer.
Promotions:
Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. This applies to Ecowatt Energy Sales and Promotions and other third parties.
Audit and Compliance:
Ecowatt Energy Pty Ltd reserve the right to audit price match claims to ensure compliance with our terms. Any claims found to be in violation may be rejected, and repeated misuse may lead to exclusion from future participation in price match guarantee.
