My Charger says the battery is fully charged, but the app is not showing 100% charge, why?
Sometimes, the State of Charge (SOC) display on the app/shunt may not be fully accurate until the battery has gone through a few full charge and discharge cycles.

Fantastic service from the team, delivered to site seamless, and integrated perfectly with the victron setup. 1 week into the trip bring on the next 12.
Two of these batteries installed. Integrated with Victron solar controller BMV, and Cerbo GX, no problems. Excellent tech support and quick responses from the Ecowatt team. Only thing I would say is that the batteries come as is, with no instructions. I bought them right when they were released, and I have noticed that the team has subsequently improved the information about the batteries on the website, so that goes some way to addressing this minor gripe. To maximise battery longevity, we also customised (lowered) the charging and float voltages from what the website recommends. Overall, at this early stage, I would recommend these batteries for their performance, warranty and the excellent support from the Ecowatt team.

Very good battery and design slim the best
I baught 2 of these to replace my 200ah battery. They have been great, they power the multiplus 2 to full surge capacity with no issues. I have cut the handles off and squeezed them into a 700mm battery box.

Very easy transaction with fast delivery, fit absolutely perfectly under our Razed products false floor setup, running a 30ltr Engel it barley drops 2% over night so heaps of power which we've always struggled with in our previous underbonnet setups.
