No, it is not recommended to use the EcoStore 230 under the bonnet. We advise against using our LiFePO4 batteries for under bonnet applications due to their lower thermal tolerance compared to other battery types, such as lead-acid or AGM. The engine compartment can reach high temperatures, particularly in demanding conditions or during extended use, which can degrade the battery's performance, lifespan, and safety.
