No, it is not recommended to use the EcoStore Slimline 105 under the bonnet. We advise against using our LiFePO4 batteries for under bonnet applications due to their lower thermal tolerance compared to other battery types, such as lead-acid or AGM. The engine compartment can reach high temperatures, particularly in demanding conditions or during extended use, which can degrade the battery's performance, lifespan, and safety.

I was initially put off with this product l, more so that it was newer and limited comments and reviews.
The Ecowatt team responded to my comments quickly and to my query’s regarding their product.
I bought it with hesitation but this thing is a solid battery, and looks the part in my canopy set up.
It charges faster than my named brand batteries.
And takes a beating while I’m out bush and on the tracks camping and shooting or just with the family.
This thing copt a hiding with salt water, stuff sliding around in my tray hitting it, sand mud.
And never missed a beat.
I ran Starlink, 95ltr fridge freezer, up right fridge lights, charge my go pro’s with only a 150w solar panel and by early arvo it’s charged 100%. Temps out side ranging from 30-40degrees so the fridges work pretty hard averaging about 4amps each at peak running.
Never fell below 87% over night.
Cannot recommend these guys enough.

From getting a call back to answer my questions and concerns to receiving my battery 3 days after order. The whole experience has been positive. Now wired up in my ute to power my camping fridge and all the other auxiliary power needs. So far so good. Bluetooth app also works a treat.

I recently purchased this battery from EcoStore after doing much research into differing brands. This one came out VERY well, and I ordered one. It was to replace an AGM battery and was limited in space. This fitted easily in its place, and I have effectively well over doubled its capacity.
Ordering was simple, and delivery very quick. Its packaging was super impressive being capable of withstanding what most couriers could throw at it. I expect it will outlast the AGM battery by many years.
I’ve purchased a 230ah slim line in August 2024. I gave it its 1st test this weekend running a couple of basic 12volt lights fridge ect and a microwave on a 2000 inverter.
It holds the voltage quite well still sitting around 12.9 Volts when pulling 180ah out of the battery.
The only thing I picked up this weekend was the percentage on the Bluetooth of the battery was sitting at 99% when the Victrum BMS was saying it had 97.8% when I had run the microwave for around three minutes. but obviously still early days and plenty more test ones to go.
Apart from that very happy with the battery so far I would highly recommended these batteries and I would feel quite happy purchasing again

Excellent customer service from Kevin , i bought this battery as it met all my requirements to run our caravan 12v system. the dimensions made it perfect for the existing battery box on chassis plus the added bonus of 230ah and Bluetooth connection made it an excellent choice . i will be purchasing a second battery after seeing how it all goes after our first shakedown trip.
A well thought out charging package with the ability to monitor all inputs and outputs through a beautiful screen. The charge and discharge rates are a thing of beauty and it has made my life so much easier with portable devices and my busy travel network. This is a must buy. That quick 10 minute charge for up to 25% on my Galaxy 22 ultra is a godsend.
I have used this to charge my iPad a couple of times and the power used seems to match the battery capacity if the iPad, so I'd say it has the capacity it says on the box - unusual for power banks! Was a bit bigger and heavier than I thought but then I guess I didn't check - needs to be for the size! Thinking of buying another :)
