What is an A-Grade Cell?
An A-Grade Cell refers to a battery cell that meets the highest standards of quality and performance. These cells are rigorously tested and graded based on their capacity, voltage, and overall reliability. How do I use the Bluetooth Monitoring Feature?
To use the Bluetooth Monitoring Feature, first download the EcoWatt Energy Connect app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then, open the app, connect to your battery, and start monitoring.
What are your Recommended Charger/Shunt Settings?
- Charged voltage: Around 13.5V, but you can double-check this once the battery is fully charged.
- Bulk charging voltage: Between 14.4V to 14.6V
- Absorption voltage: Between 14.4V to 14.6V
- Float voltage: Around 13.5V
- Storage voltage: Similar to the charged voltage; 13.5V
- Discharge floor: It can be set above 20%. This setting is more about your personal preference for the charger than the battery. The higher this percentage, the better. We don't recommend going below 20%.
- Tail current: Anywhere between 2-4% is fine. Once the charging current drops below this range, the battery is nearly fully charged.
- Peukert exponent: This is mostly relevant for lead-acid batteries. For LiFePO4, setting it to 1.05 is standard
- Charge efficiency factor: Set this to 99%
- Current threshold: 0.1A
- Charge detection and Time to go averaging period: These can remain unchanged
- State of charge (SOC) synchronization: We recommend synchronizing the SOC to 100% once you've fully charged the battery
Can I use the EcoStore 105 under the bonnet?
No, it is not recommended to use the EcoStore 105 under the bonnet. We advise against using our LiFePO4 batteries for under bonnet applications due to their lower thermal tolerance compared to other battery types, such as lead-acid or AGM. The engine compartment can reach high temperatures, particularly in demanding conditions or during extended use, which can degrade the battery's performance, lifespan, and safety.

Purchased for powering the mini which it does. Have not depleted the battery yet so cant give a run time but should easily be a couple of hours.
Great battery. Just converted over from AGM's. This battery ran my 75 litre fridge (includes 30l freezer) for 7 days camping without getting below 80%. My solar panels which i thought were getting old and or too small recharged it up to 100% within 3-4 hours the next day. Love that you can see on the app what charge is and if it is getting charged. Will probably buy another one soon for the sailing boat but this is so light to shift between camper and boat I'm not sure if I need to. Very happy with my purchase-couldnt believe how quickly it turned up either-Good work Store people.

Good product. Excellent delivery process
Used this to initially power up my starlink mini for updates etc while on pause. Used 20% for being linked for nearly an hour, then unplugged and the mini back on pause til Feb when I'm off for a circle of this great nation.
Also using the ESS 105 slimline to charge this. Will repost progress at a later date.

Great price for quality slimline battery. Easy wiring, just plug in if that suits. So far has performed well. It’s great having the app to see the state of charge and current in and out. Seems heavy compared to the last battery I had which I think shows quality
Absolutely so happy with this lithium battery it has more than met my expectations as I use it on my electric motor on my boat. The app for the Bluetooth on the battery is very user friendly.
5 STARS so far, excellent product, runs my 24v Motorguide Electric motor with ease in series, I purchased 2 of the slimline 105Ah batteries at a great price also,. The Bluetooth feature through the ap is awesome and very easy to use, very happy.
I bought 3 battery’s. Excellent product and a very user friendly app with a lot of information.
I have a suggestion/request to improve the app. When I select a battery to view in the Bluetooth page, the dashboard page opens up with all the useful information you need, except the label for the battery, for example “battery one”. It would be useful to have the battery label displayed on the dashboard page to confirm which battery you are viewing.

All as expected
Purchased 2x 105AH LiFePO4 batteries, one for my 4x4, the other for my camper.
Total weight saving over 30kg, both came with approx 60% charge. In my 4x4 it came up to full capacity after 2-3 hours on the fitted solar panel / KickAss DC-DC charger alone. Battery state easily monitored via the downloadable EcoWatt app once Bluetooth settings were set up to suit (Android). A little patience required in the app to get history details (around 5 mins) though dashboard shows stored capacity and voltage immediately.
Overall an excellent product that I'm hopeful we will provide reliable service for some years to come.
